Front Office Coordinator:

We are looking to add a Front Desk Coordinator at the Georgia School of Orthodontics at our Duluth office! We are an accredited 3 year orthodontic residency program, located in the Sandy Springs and Duluth areas. Our team members have the opportunity to work with our highly skilled team and utilize state of the art technology! We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated individual.

Applicants must be professional and able to multitask, and have at least three years of experience working the front desk in a medical practice.

Qualified candidates will have excellent organizational skills, be passionate about customer service, extremely organized, understand that patient information is confidential and be willing to protect that information, must be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.

Job Duties include:

  • Checking in and out patients
  • Reviewing account before the patient’s appointment
  • Verifying new patient forms have been completed
  • Answering patient phone calls and scheduling patients
  • Printing daily schedule and reports for confirming appointments
  • Checking e-mails, voicemails and follow up with patients
  • Providing detailed notes on all patient phone calls
  • Maintaining professionalism during phone calls
  • Communicating with patients any issues in treatment
  • Performing any additional tasks or projects as needed

Sterilization Infection Control Tech:

We are looking to add members to our clinical team at the Georgia School of Orthodontics! We are an accredited 3-year orthodontic residency program, located in the Atlanta and Gwinnett areas. This position would be at our Duluth location.

Our team members have the opportunity to work with our highly skilled team and utilize state of the art technology. We are seeking energetic and motivated individuals. Applicants must be professional, able to multi-task, and have at least 2 years of experience working an orthodontic or dental practice in the sterilization area and radiology. Qualified candidates will have excellent organizational skills, be passionate about customer service, extremely organized,
understand that patient information is confidential and be willing to protect that information. GSO team members must also be dependable, honest, and trustworthy.

Available full-time shifts: Varies depending on clinic hours. Must be willing to work some Saturdays.

Experienced Orthodontic Clinical Assistant

We are looking for an Experienced Orthodontic Assistant to join our team at Georgia School of Orthodontics! The applicant hired will have the opportunity to work with our highly skilled team and utilize state-of-the-art technology! We are seeking a fun, energetic, and motivated individual. Applicant must be professional and able to multitask. At least five years of orthodontic experience required. Certification preferred, however, it is not required. Must be passionate about orthodontics, gentle and friendly toward the patients, honest, and trustworthy.

Patient Relations Team Member

We are looking to add a member to our Patient Relations team at the Georgia School of Orthodontics! We are an accredited three-year orthodontic residency program and clinic located in the Sandy Springs area. We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and motivated individual to answer calls from potential patients and convert them into new patients. You will be the FIRST point of contact a potential patient has with GSO, and therefore your role is crucial to the continued success of our practice. Exceptional customer service and a positive, cheery attitude are an absolute must for this position. We are offering a competitive salary for this position.

Applicant must be professional and able to multi-task. You must have at least two years of experience working the front desk in an orthodontic or dental practice, OR at least two years of proven sales experience (with preference in the dental or orthodontic field). Special preference is also given to candidates who have served as customer service representatives. The right person will have excellent organizational skills, be passionate about customer service, extremely organized, must understand that some information is confidential and willing to protect that information, must be honest, and trustworthy. Available full-time hours: 10 am to 7 pm Monday-Friday.
