Rita is the current Director of Resident affairs at GSO. She has over 19 years of experience in higher education administration and has dedicated her career to fostering student success, strategic program alignment, and process improvement.
Born and raised in Western Pennsylvania, Rita earned her Bachelor’s degree from Saint Francis University, followed by a Master’s in Public Administration from West Virginia University and a Master’s in Human Resources from Pennsylvania State University.
Outside of work, Rita’s greatest joy is spending time with her husband and two college-aged sons. As avid outdoor enthusiasts and sports fans, they love hiking, exploring new places, and cheering on their favorite teams.
