Hannah Hale serves as the General Council and Chief Operating Officer. She brings ten years of experience as a healthcare and life sciences transactional attorney. Most recently she served as senior Counsel at Panda Health, a marketplace connecting health systems with premier digital health suppliers, where she was responsible for negotiating agreements on both sides of the market. Prior to that, she was at Georgia School of Orthodontics for five years as Senior Vice President of Operations. Other former clients include educational technology start-ups, a Fortune 100 healthcare company, and a top 20 pharmaceutical company. Hannah also serves as a Vice Chair of the American Bar Association, Health Law Section for the 2023-2025 bar years and is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia Health Law section. She received her Bachelor of Science from Tulane University, her Juris Doctorate from Emory University School of Law and is admitted to practice in the state of Georgia.
