Faith is a seasoned professional in the orthodontic field. She has nine years of experience with a record of achievement and has demonstrated success in leadership in both the Patient Relations and Business Office departments. After graduating with degrees in Administrative Assisting and Computer Science, she began her career as a Patient Relations Representative, where she became an expert in critical thinking and patient education. Faith’s bi-lingual ability brings great strength to the team. In her time as a Business Office Assistant, she mastered the new patient process, accounts receivable, financial, and administrative roles. She has an unprecedented ability to train others, maintain positive relationships, and improve best practices. Faith is now the Georgia School of Orthodontics’ Business Office Manager and oversees contracts, accounts receivable, insurance, and patient relations.
