Carol Lynch serves as Managing Partner of MountainStar Partners (Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida), where she oversees all aspects of the firm’s accounting and financial operations. She joined MountainStar in July 2015 after serving as Property Controller for Regency Centers, a publicly traded REIT.
Earlier in her career, Lynch held progressively senior finance leadership roles, including Controller, Director of Financial Reporting, and Finance Manager, supporting high-growth SaaS organizations such as Black Diamond Performance Reporting, Vurv Technology, and Web.com. She began her career in public accounting as an auditor with KPMG Peat Marwick.
Lynch currently serves on the Board of Directors for the MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation in Jacksonville, Florida, and the Georgia School of Orthodontics in Atlanta, Georgia. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from the University of Florida.
