Carol Lynch is a Managing Director at MountainStar Partners, overseeing all aspects of accounting. She joined the firm in 2015 following her role as Property Controller at Regency Centers, a publicly traded REIT. Earlier in her career, Carol held Controller, Financial Reporting Director, and Finance Manager roles at SaaS companies including Black Diamond Performance Reporting, Vurv Technology, and Web.com. She began as an auditor at KPMG Peat Marwick.
Carol serves on the Board of Trustees for Georgia School of Orthodontics and the Board of Directors for the Jacksonville Humane Society. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with an Accounting concentration from California State University, Northridge, and an MBA from the University of Florida. Carol is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
