GSO Program Director Teams Up With Industry Experts to Host COVID-19 Webinar For Dental Professionals


Georgia School of Orthodontics Program Director Dr. Ricky Harrell collaborated with other dental industry experts to discuss the proper precautions and protocols of COVID-19 in dental practices.

In this previously aired webinar, Ricky E. Harrell, DMD, MA and Abtin Shahriari, DMD, MPH reviewed the current knowledge of COVID-19. A review of proper universal precautions in an institutional setting as well as in private practice setting was reviewed. Further, owners and administrators were advised on how to handle daily operations and educate employees to reduce uncertainty, mitigate risk and handle patient questions.*
