APPLY FOR SALLIE MAE® GRADUATE LOAN

Georgia School of Orthodontics is currently accepting applications for our Orthodontic Fellowship Program and Orthodontic Residency Program Class of 2027. Please scroll down below to the class year in which you would like to apply, as there are specific instructions for each.

We are now certified to enroll F-1 nonimmigrant students. Please see the “International Residents” section below for additional requirements for applicants who are not U.S. citizens or permanent residents.

The Sallie Mae® Graduate School Loan for Health Professions is now available to our applicants to cover tuition, fees, and living expenses for the first year of the program. To apply for the loan, click here and select “Post-Graduate Certificate” on the loan application page. Please contact Sallie Mae regarding questions about the loan program and eligibility.

The Program in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics earned the status of “Approval without Reporting Requirements” from the Commission on Dental Accreditation in August 2019. The Commission is a specialized accrediting body recognized by the United States Department of Education. Admissions for Class of 2027

Georgia School of Orthodontics is currently accepting applications for the Class of 2027 Residency Program, which will begin in August of 2024. Georgia School of Orthodontics participates in the ADEA’s Postdoctoral Application Support Service Program (“PASS”). This is a centralized application service that can be accessed via the ADEA’s website at http://adea.org/pass. All applications must be completed on the PASS platform by our application deadline of October 16, 2023. Applications received after the deadline will not be processed.

Those applicants selected for interviews will be contacted shortly after the PASS cycle closes, with interviews to be held in mid to late October. GSO will be participating in the Postdoctoral Dental Matching Program (“Match”) for this admissions cycle. Applicants must also register with Match in order to be considered. More information can be found on their website at http://natmatch.com/dentres.

Next, you must complete the Fellowship Application Form and upload the required documents into the portal.
